Need help with a design?

We may be able to help create or adjust your artwork! Custom design work is a separate service, and a design fee may apply. We’ll discuss the cost with you before starting. Any agreed design fee must be paid before design work begins. Requesting a quote is free.

Turnaround and shipping

Our usual production time is 10–14 business days after your order details are approved and the required payment is received. Orders ship within 2 days of completion. Busy seasons, including Covered Bridge Festival, may require additional time. Please include your needed-by date so we can confirm availability.
